TSF mandate is Education,entrepreneurship, leadership development and enhancing competitiveness of the local Stem in Tanzania and since its establishment in 2021, the Organization has designed and delivered customized supports to various segments mainly to children. Programs that will involve children in a journey through training and be equipped with fundamentals while practicing advanced STEM concepts, using fun and engaging exercises to achieve min projects.

This is where the naturing foundation into STEM, leadership, and Entrepreneurship to children starts. this is forming clubs in different missions and getting the training while at school. Creating space where students bring in innovative ideas and creative ideas which can be shared with their fellow classmates and begin working on them.

Mdada in Stem

An event that is created for women who had little to no experience in the field of STEM. The objective is to provide the women an opportunity to explore a variety of activities such as Programming, Coding, Basic circuits, Electronics, Science Experiments as well as leadership.

A platform for the youth inspiring creativity, innovation, sparking, curiosity, encouraging all collaborations as well as promoting fun and failure along the process. The keen focus is on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals: Quality Education, Gender Quality, Reduced inequalities, and partnerships towards a better tomorrow.

This program intended to inspire and a direct mentorship program between STEM Hubs, it’s about walking the walk together, the key deliverable is being able to groom the mentee into leadership, STEM, and Entrepreneurship in privacy, so as to get comfortable for the mentee. It's couching or counseling in privacy.
